In the event of a lost or stolen Purchasing Card, the cardholder must immediately notify:
- Citibank Customer Service, at 1-800-248-4553 (call collect 1-904-954-7314 when dialing outside of the U.S.).
- Your Local administrator will be notified when replacement card arrives, usually within 7-10 days.
A cardholder with a damaged Purchasing Card (e.g., a card with a defective magnetic strip) should contact Citi directly to request a new card with the same account number as the damage card and notify the pcard local administrator. When the new card arrives, the cardholder must destroy the damaged card and discard it.
