The IRS provides tools to help you determine the right amount of tax withholdings. Click on the following link for Federal Taxes. Then click on the IRS Withholding Calculator to determine if you can benefit by changing your withholdings.

If you choose to adjust your withholdings, the W4 form for Federal and M4 for state are available at the websites above or at you local HR/Payroll Office or the Payroll Window. Please note that all employees who work in Massachusetts are subject to MA withholding, even if you are a resident of another state.
