Administers mortgage and educational loans to faculty. This includes:

• Interfaces with administrative staff to initiate loans
• Helps work through policy exceptions and obtain VPF approval
• Confirms EEL eligibility
• Works with faculty throughout mortgage and education loan processes
• Services all loans post-closing (including payments, administrative requests, etc)
• Calculates imputed income monthly and feeds data to Payroll
• Reviews requests for subordination and issues forms for recording
• Issues Mortgage Discharges for recording
• Interfaces with outside lenders and attorneys
• Issues loan-related yearned statements and tax documents
